Clara is the face of Roche Financial. She has been a member of the Roche Group since 1997 and she is the friendly face and voice who greets you. As a licensed agent she is excellent with fielding and referring inquiries from clients while carefully managing sensitive client information. Clara assists employers with benefit plan quotes, enrollment and claims processing, and billing administration. She also takes the burden of benefit plan management away from our clients, and deals directly with employees that can call or stop in with claim issues, enrollment questions, beneficiary designations, address changes, etc.
